The summer heat. Heat-stroke is not a bad thing at all. The solution to this problem is our kitchen. Here are some easy ways to maintain your beauty even in hot summers.

You can mix banana and milk well and apply it on the face in the form of a paste. After massaging the face thoroughly for 20 minutes, rinse off with cold water when dry. Vitamins A, B and E contained in bananas help to beautify the skin and maintain youth. Using this mixture twice a week will make the skin more radiant.

Mix one egg white and 2 tbsp honey well and apply this mixture on the face. When dry, rinse with lukewarm water. Egg whites remove dead skin cells and prevent acne. It also helps to detoxify oily skin. Honey can remove wrinkles and blemishes on the skin and retain moisture.

Mix turmeric, yogurt and honey and make a paste and apply it on the face. After 15–20 minutes, rinse your face thoroughly with cold water. It is good to use this mixture twice a week to get rid of dark skin and retain moisture in the skin.

Care should be taken to drink plenty of water in summer. Water removes toxins from the skin and helps to beautify the skin. It is best to wash your face with cold water occasionally to remove dirt and oil from the skin. These inexpensive ways to protect the skin in hot weather can be followed.
